The ratio of dirt that has to be dug to obtain gold: 1 gram for each 1.0581 tons.
The space is filled with 5.2905 tons of dirt for the 5 gram gold nugget.
Dirt is brought in by using two small buckets, making the piece labor intensive.
Dirt will be removed using the same process.
The gold nugget is a loan from jeweler Daniel Szwaczkowski.
